DELTA Force has a committed team of leaders that strive to assist the local church in reaching this generation of youth. Our leadership team is made up of student leaders, adult volunteers, and Mission E4 staff. The vision of this leadership team is summed up in three words: double, disciple, deploy.
Double
We want to see this leadership team double in size each year, which in turn will double the amount of work DELTA Force can accomplish
Disciple
We want to disciple our team of leaders to be effective ministers of the gospel and to be sold out disciples of Christ
Deploy
As we meet our first two goals, we want to see our leaders deployed into action. This may include joining the work force, ministering at youth groups, and supporting the local church.
